Cancellations must be received in writing (email to bookings@inspiredec.com) at least 30 days prior to the event and attendees will receive a refund (less $20 administration fee). Cancellations within 30 days of the event or attendees who fail to attend the event will be charged in full. Please be advised that should you be unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send another attendee in your place. Inspired EC reserve the right to postpone or cancel any event or training due to presenter cancellations, venue issues or insufficient numbers registered. Inspired EC will offer you alternative dates and if these are not suitable, a refund will be given. In the instance of Bespoke events, the 20% deposit paid by organisations upon booking the training, is non-refundable.
